To initiate the private money lending process, please submit your contact information through the provided channels.

Step 1

Once received, I will promptly reach out to schedule either a phone call or a Zoom call, whichever is more convenient for you to establish your return expectations, goals and to connect as humans. We will delve into deeper details regarding potential returns, timeline, risk factors, etc.

Step 2

Once an opportunity arises, using the initial discussion, we will outline the lending opportunity in broad strokes and address any preliminary questions or concerns you may have.
Following this, we will collaborate to draft a comprehensive term sheet outlining the terms and conditions of the opportunity. Once the terms are finalized and agreed upon, the necessary documentation will be prepared for your review and signature.

Step 3

Depending on the nature of the opportunity, your capital will either be directed through a title company or directly to me in the case of gap lending. A 1st position lien will be recorded or a second position lien will be recorded with a Deed of Trust on the county records.

Rest assured, throughout this entire process, I will handle all the necessary work, allowing you to sit back and confidently entrust your lending goals to our expertise and diligence.
